By using ImmerSpeech.com ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

You are solely responsible for all content you upload ("User Content"), including any voice, video, audio, or textual materials. This includes ensuring that your content:

• Does not infringe any copyrights or third-party rights
• Does not contain hate speech, illegal material, or abusive content
• Is compliant with applicable laws and regulations

We do not review or moderate content and accept no responsibility for its legality, accuracy, or ethical standards.

4. Limited Liability

ImmerSpeech provides services “as is,” without any guarantees. We are not responsible for how your content is interpreted or used by others, nor are we liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Services.

5. Use of User Content by ImmerSpeech

By uploading content, you grant ImmerSpeech a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, analyze, process, and publish your content and its metadata for purposes including (but not limited to):

• Training machine learning and AI models
• Conducting trend and behavioral analysis
• Creating anonymized commercial datasets
• Developing and marketing new technologies
• Improving quality, accuracy, and performance of services

6. Prohibited Uses

Users may not use the Services to upload content that is illegal, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, or harmful in any way. Violation of this clause may result in account suspension or legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All ImmerSpeech software, designs, logos, models, and processes are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or copy ImmerSpeech’s technology without explicit permission.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImmerSpeech, its employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, or legal fees arising from your use of the Services or any User Content you submit.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Seoul, Korea.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
